WP5 Development of groundwater rehabilitation technologies with injectable Fe-based materials

AQUAREHAB will advance the development of groundwater rehabilitation technologies with injectable Fe-based materials, focussing on:

• injection of micro scale Fe-based materials into contaminated aquifers (plume and source zone),;
• innovative techniques to monitor micro scale Fe-based materials and improve the travel distance (radius of influence);
• the parameters controlling the reactivity and mobility of Fe-based materials; and,
• numerical models to describe injectable Fe-based particle technologies.
