WP 8 Transfer of rehabilitation technologies and generic approaches to other river basins and other climates

AQUAREHAB aims to extrapolate the rehabilitation approaches and management tools to other case studies in Europe in order to:

• evaluate the effect of other climates on the rehabilitation technologies;
• apply and, if necessary, adapt the AQUAREHAB approach to other areas;
• carry out additional testing for the determination of technology parameters;
• deepen the involvement of stakeholders in decision making processes; and
• help to disseminate results to other partners and educate local end-users and authorities.
